Two weeks ago, Apollo Nida was deemed to have violated the terms of his parole, and was sent back to federal prison. And his parole officer was being VERY PETTY by violating the reality star.

Apollo, 40, was living in a Philadelphia halfway house following his release from prison, but he broke a “technical requirement” relating to the rules of his release.

Well now MTO News has some details surrounding his alleged ” technical violation” and it’s really disturbing.

According to a source close to Apollo, his parole officer violated him because of a “sexy” Instagram post. The post was uploaded onto social media by his fiancé Sherien, and while it was not extremely graphic – you could see Sherien’s underwear in the pic.

The insider explained, “Apollo’s parole officer has been following Sherien. and when she saw the pic she freaked out and violated Apollo.”

The insider explained, “I think the parole officer was jealous.”

In case you are wondering what the post it – here it is.

Wow. That seems like a very petty reason to put someone back in prison. Apollo is now set for release in October.

With Apollo Nida starting a new chapter in his life following his release from prison and into a halfway house, his ex-wife, The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Phaedra Parks, is also out in the world living her best life. And while she hasn’t directly commented on Apollo, she did share a very positive update on her situation these days.

“Waking up thankful and grateful for my awesome life, fabulous family and friends. Even in my darkest moments God showed up and showed out. No matter what the situation looks like know that there’s a rainbow following the storm. Speak boldly to your mountain and watch it move. Favor follows me. Blessings overtake me. Love surrounds me,” she wrote on Instagram. “Affirmations.”
