Jennifer Lopez reschedules Madison Square Garden show after NYC blackout

Jennifer Lopez is refusing to let New York’s blackout ruin her 50th birthday celebrations with hometown fans — and has already rescheduled Saturday’s scrapped MSG show for this Monday.

The Bronx born star had posted video messages saying she was “devastated and heartbroken” at the power outage forcing her to end Saturday’s show shortly after she took the stage at Madison Square Garden.

But just hours later she posted another video saying that MSG was “working feverishly” to let her play Monday night, instead — with JLo also rearranging her “It’s My Party” tour schedule to make it happen.

“Gonna take more than a city-wide blackout to shut us down!” she wrote alongside the video announcement of the hastily rescheduled gig, part of the tour celebrating her turning 50 on July 24th.

“We will have the most amazing celebration ever,” the singer vowed, chuckling as she said, “No blackouts this time!”

MSG confirmed Monday’s gig and said original tickets for Saturday’s show will be honored for the new show set to start at 8 p.m.

The star’s initial backstage video apologizing for having to end the show early was interrupted by security messages over the PA system calling for a full evacuation of the venue.

“I love you. I’m so sorry that this happened in the middle of our special moment,” she told fans then.

“You are going to get your money’s worth and we’re going to come back and do an amazing show,” she promised.
